Indiana Karting Series

Rouse Promotions is proud to announce that we have teamed up with Waycool Entertainment and Promotions.  Together we will host 4 to 8 events in 2012.  We have combined our efforts to bring high quality racing back to the Indiana Fair scene.  JR Rouse (with Rouse Promotions) will serve as the event manger and will lead the tech group at each event.  Randy Day (with WayCool) will be the Race Director controlling all on track activities.  Our goal for 2012 is to host high quality events and learn about our new venues.  We plan to start very small, thus the 4 to 8 race schedule.  Even though our season will be small, we want to reward those drivers who race all of our events, so we will be conducting a point series and will be hosting a banquet at the end of the season to reward those drivers.  Currently we are still 3 to 4 weeks from having everything finalized, but I wanted to get information out to all of the drivers.  Below we have listed a tentative schedule.  All fairs listed below are in the final stages of there scheduling.  As soon as the dates are confirmed they will turn bold.

The last thing I want to touch on is rules and classes.  Currently we are working on setting up our tech team.  Until this group is in place we will not announce classes and rules.  We want to make sure that we are only running classes that we can properly tech to.  Also we want to make sure that we are using rules that we can enforce.  We have a couple of guys that we are interviewing this week, but if you know of someone that would be interested in helping with the tech team, have them contact JR @ 765-238-8012.

I do want to go ahead and let everyone know that in 2012 drivers may use any tire!  I also want everyone to know that the county fairs are all about family.  There will be a focus on youth classes.  Thanks everyone for there patience.
